Facility planning guide

Who supplies what? Put it in the quote.

Labor, chemicals and equipment are different from restroom consumables such as soap, paper goods and liners. Assign purchasing, storage and replenishment separately.

01

Split the supply list into categories.

Identify tools, machines, cleaning products, liners, soap and paper goods. Ask whether each is included, separately supplied or the building’s responsibility.

02

Confirm suitability, not just a label.

Products must suit the surface and task. Follow product directions and facility requirements. EPA Safer Choice identifies qualifying products; it does not certify this website or its future provider.

03

Agree storage and replenishment.

Identify permitted storage, deliveries, stock checks and who authorizes orders. Emptying a bin does not automatically include purchasing liners.

04

Keep changes visible.

Product substitutions, dispenser changes and occupancy can affect the scope. Ask how changes are approved and reflected in the proposal.

Continue with Walkthrough checklist.

Start with your facility

Let’s make the scope clearer.

A useful first conversation starts with your building and what needs to improve.
